We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Beds must remain in their original vacuum-sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
Not sure about the size? You’re welcome to remove the vacuum-sealed bed from the shipping box to get a sense of the size and fit before opening the seal. Once the vacuum packaging has been opened and the bed has expanded, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Unused replacement covers may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

My girls FAVORITE bed (and she has a few!) I love the durability of it (if you have a dachshund you understand how impossible 100% house broken can be) and how comfy it is for her. 10/10 recommend.

My girl has loved this bed from the moment it arrived. Before we had even finished unpacking it, she had already made herself comfortable! Stella loves curling up against the edges and resting her chin on the comfy edge. She looks so peaceful napping on it.

our springer spaniel Molly absolutely loves it. We unpacked it, walked away for maybe 10 minutes and she had already claimed it 😂 The cover feels really nice and i love that it doesnt scream "dog bed" in our living room.

Sounds funny but we've had beds before that Ruby wouldn't even touch. This one was different. She's a 55 lb Aussie and sleeps on it every afternoon. The bolster sides are definitely her favorite part because she's always resting her head on them.
We ordered the cocoa color for our Chocolate Lab, Maple. The quality exceeded expectations and it fits perfectly with the rest of our home. Setup was easy and Maple stretched out on it within about five minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
We have a Bernedoodle that thinks every piece of furniture belongs to her 😂 Since getting this bed she's actually choosing it over our couch most evenings. Didn't expect that! Looks gorgeous too.
Lucy is a 45 pound Border Collie and she's obsessed lol. Every time we tell her to "go to bed" she runs straight to it. We probably should have bought this a long time ago.
We have a very active Vizsla named Penny and she's rough on just about everything. The bed feels really solid and the cover has already been washed twice after muddy hikes. Still looks brand new. Super impressed.
honestly bought it because i wanted something that didnt look like...a dog bed 😅 this looks like furniture. Olive (my Standard Poodle) seems to agree because she has claimed it as her new favorite place.
Daisy is almost 11 now and has started getting stiff after naps. I noticed within the first week she wasn't struggling to get comfortable nearly as much. She even sleeps through the night in it instead of moving around the house. That alone made it worth buying. She's a Boxer mix, around 58 lbs.

wasn't sure about spending this much on a dog bed honestly... but wow. our aussie Ellie has barely left it since it arrived. really nice quality and doesn't slide all over our hardwood floors either.
We've purchased more dog beds than I'd like to admit over the years. Most flatten out or end up looking awful in our living room. This one actually looks beautiful and Bella (our 65 lb Lab) genuinely seems more comfortable. Love that I can remove the cover instead of wrestling with foam pieces.
I put it down while it was still finishing expanding and Rosie climbed right in 😂 She's a 3 year old Goldendoodle and usually takes forever to warm up to anything new. Apparently not this. She sleeps with her chin on the side every evening now.
