Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders ship Monday–Friday from our fulfillment partners in the United States and Canada.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping within the United States.
Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $15.
Additional shipping charges may apply for certain remote, extended, or specialty delivery areas. Any applicable charges will be calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are typically:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Sunday Bed ships within the United States and Canada only.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sundaybed.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sunday Bed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
