Returns & Warranty

RETURNS

We accept returns on unopened, vacuum-sealed beds and unused covers within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Beds must remain unopened with the vacuum seal intact
  • Covers must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once a bed has been opened.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@sundaybed.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@sundaybed.com with your order details.

The fastest way to receive your new item is to return your original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Please note:

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sundaybed.com and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and materials of every Sunday Bed.

Each bed includes:

  • A 10-year limited warranty against permanent sagging of the orthopedic foam core under normal residential use
  • A 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the cover, liner, zipper, and other components

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Foam sagging resulting in a visible and permanent loss of support in the foam core under normal residential use and proper care. Temporary impressions that recover after use are not considered sagging.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, including chewing, scratching, or rough handling
  • Stains, burns, tears, or moisture damage caused by improper care
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions
  • Commercial use, including kennels, hotels, retail environments, or daycare facilities

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@sundaybed.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

If your claim is approved, we may repair, replace, or refund the affected product or component at our discretion.
